No instructions sent. Video online showed removing top of case with screwdriver but this isn’t how it works. This resulted in stripped screws and scratches on the case. And you never sent the QR code for the watch faces. Very unhappy. Wouldn’t recommend.

I genuinely love the case itself. My Apple Watch looks beautiful in it, and after resizing the bracelet, it fits perfectly. If I were rating the appearance and fit of the case alone, my rating would be considerably higher.
Unfortunately, my purchase was advertised as including access to 500+ luxury watch faces, and I received absolutely no information explaining how to access them. There was no QR code, download link, access card, or instructions included with my order.
What is most disappointing is the complete lack of customer service. I have contacted WatchArmora repeatedly, including through the contact form on their website, their Facebook ads, and through two separate email addresses they provide, and I have received zero responses.
I have now received an email asking me to review my purchase, yet nobody has responded to any of my attempts to get the advertised watch faces that were supposed to come with it.
The case itself is beautiful and I’m very happy with it. I just wish the company would provide the advertised watch faces and actually respond to its customers when there is a problem.
